Whether you’re considering joining us for a tour or have already booked one, please be mindful of the following:
- All tours are subject to availability.
- Tours are held rain or shine unless otherwise indicated.
- Advance online booking is required. While two weeks notice is appreciated, tours must be booked a minimum of 72 hours in advance.
- ChowBella reserves the right to change tour components.
- ChowBella reserves the right to limit the number of participants and cancel a tour that fails to attract a minimum number of participants. Minimum enrollment is four guests.
- Participants aged 5 and up must purchase a ticket.
- Tickets and itineraries are non-refundable.
- Tickets cannot be exchanged, rescheduled or transferred to another tour without written consent from ChowBella.
- Tickets are, however, transferrable to a third party and may be used by someone else. You may sell or give away your tickets for an event if you are not able to make it.
- In the event that a tour is cancelled, we will notify you in advance and offer you the option of rescheduling or obtaining a full refund, whichever you prefer.
- We recommend that you travel with the appropriate insurance as we assume no liability for any personal injury, losses or damage incurred while following an itinerary or tour or while dining at any recommended restaurant or food shop.
- Gratuities are not included in the price of the tour and are always appreciated.
