Living in Toronto has afforded me the opportunity, and the luxury, to try many different cuisines. While Italian food is still my favourite (it’s in my blood, after all!), I have fallen absolutely in love with Middle Eastern cuisine. Falafel, fatoush, babaganoush…bring it on, baby!
